Cincinnati Southern Railway is a public entity governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.  The information provided in this section is public information and is provided to enable the public to be aware of the operations of Cincinnati Southern Railway.

Notice of Regular and Special Meetings

The Board of Trustees for the Cincinnati Southern Railway meets four times a year. The 2023 regular meetings are scheduled for February 21st, May16th, August 15th, and November 14th at the Walnut Hills Branch of the Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library at 2533 Kemper Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206. Remote options for attending the meetings may be added in accordance with Cincinnati Municipal Code Chapter 121. All regular meetings will begin at 3 p.m.

Cancellation and Reschedule
The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Cincinnati Southern Railway scheduled for December 13th at 3 p.m. is cancelled and rescheduled for December 19th at 3 p.m. at 3 East Fourth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 in the River Room.

Special Meeting Notice
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Cincinnati Southern Railway will occur on April 18th at 1 p.m. at 3 East Fourth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio in the Leadership Room. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the general business of the Board of Trustees, including approving the prior meeting’s minutes, discussing the proposed sale of the CSR, discussing amendments to the Ferguson Act, terminating the lobbyist contracts, discussing the retention of an investment consultant, approving invoices, and any other items related to the operation of the Board of Trustees.
