Cincinnati Southern Railway is a public entity governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. The information provided in this section is public information and is provided to enable the public to be aware of the operations of Cincinnati Southern Railway.

The Board of Trustees for the Cincinnati Southern Railway meets four times a year. The 2024 regular meetings are scheduled for February 20th, May 21st, August 20th, and November 19th at the Walnut Hills Branch of the Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public Library at 2533 Kemper Lane, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206. Remote options for attending the meetings may be added in accordance with Cincinnati Municipal Code Chapter 121. All regular meetings will begin at 3 p.m.

Special Meeting Notice
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees for the Cincinnati Southern Railway will occur on February 29, 2024, at 3 p.m. at Park Administration Building at 950 Eden Park Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202. The purpose of the meeting is to authorize the execution of all agreements related to the retention of an investment advisor, investment managers, and related services, approve any and all actions necessary to open all recommended bank accounts and discuss the future banking needs of the CSR Board, approve an Investment Policy Statement and authorize trustees to take action related to the Board’s investments, approve an amendment to the Board’s legal services contract with Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP, discuss staffing needs of the Board, approve the payment of invoices, approve meeting minutes from prior meetings, and any other items related to the operation of the Board of Trustees.
